Main Bathroom Refurbishment

We found ASE by searching the internet for bathroom suppliers/fitters within a reasonable distance of Tenbury Wells and visited each of them. We had no hesitation about working with ASE once we visited the showroom and talked to the staff there. All members of the ASE team do an excellent job and are friendly and helpful people to work with. We changed the specifications of the new bathroom many times before fitting commenced and the ASE team displayed patience and made many helpful suggestions to assist us in making our minds up. The quality of workmanship/service is excellent in all respects. We are very happy with the end result and we would definitely recommend ASE’s services to anyone who was interested in a new bathroom and asked our opinion.

We recently had our existing bathroom and en-suite completely refitted by ASE who came recommended by our neighbours. From the initial site survey, choosing the fittings and installation, everyone at ASE offered sound advice, ideas and solutions to create an end result which has exceeded our expectations. The project was very well managed from start to finish. Our thanks to Adam, Dan, Scott and Andy all of whom were very professional and courteous throughout. We are delighted with the end result and would not hesitate in recommending ASE to anyone considering a similar project - especially people who want a seamless service where they do not have to worry about the next step in the fitting being completed.

I had used ASE before for another project and had no hesitation when working with them again. I liked how professional they are and would recommend them to other people as they do a good job. The only thing I would have liked to have done differently at the time was to have the project done sooner, it did take longer than expected. ASE probably are not the cheapest, but they are worth the price you pay, the workmanship is very good, 4 stars and I am very pleased with the end result, 5 stars.

We are extremely happy with our new bathroom which was designed by Andrew at ASE. Andrew had some really creative ideas about how to make the best of the space we had (converting 2 rooms into 1). He also had a good understanding of what we were looking for & helped find a fabulous tile that was perfect for our new bathroom. We really valued the helpful discussions with Andrew which greatly assisted us in honing our choices but didn't pressurise us into a sale. It made a difference talking to someone who understood all the practical and technical issues as opposed to just a salesperson.
